Job Description/ Details :

An Amazon Customer Service Associate is an important part of our  mission to deliver in time, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.

This crucial position needs an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will guide customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems.

At first, associates communicate with clients through mail, chat, and phone and use a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills:

Communication Skills:
The applicant should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Capability to communicate correctly and clearly with all clients. Having excellent documentation skills. Better comprehension skills and able to clearly understand and state the issues customers present. Able to focus follow customers problems without distraction to resolution. Good composition skills capability to write a grammatically correct, concise, and exact written response. Work wonderfully in a team environment as well as solely.
Computer Knowledge/Skills:

  • Able to use a desktop computer system. Should Familiar with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer. Good typing skills.
  • Illustrate an understanding of the Internet, website, and competitor websites.
  • Demonstrates a capability to successfully navigate websites.
  • Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of email applications.
  • Demonstrates a capability to learn in numerous media.
  • Able to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment.

Customer Focus: 

  • Excellent customer service skills, incorporating maintaining focus on the customer problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to empathize with and prioritize customer requirements.
  • Illustrate interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrates clash resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.
  • Demonstrates ownership to solve promising customer problems, escalating when needed.
  • Capability to determine customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain daily and regular attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
  • Flexible with the working time; might be expected to work weekends, holidays and events.
  • Able to work overtime as required by business – as much as 60 hours a week, most of the time occurring in the weeks surrounding the Christmas holiday season.
